The processes of certification and test of the materials have been developed altogether with National Universities, International Bureaus and Labs. Each one of the designs have been put under the most demanding tests. In our company there is a laboratory of last generation that counts with:

Pendulum for impact analysis Charpy.
Machine of test of series for fatigue test.
Pump of test of outbreak.
Durometer.
Machine of hydraulic testing and deformation.
Equipment for analysis and measurement by ultrasound.
Calibers with draw up able certification to international patterns.

We also make tests of ballistics and of fire to the cylinders by professionals enabled for a greater security.

Our cylinders are dealt with an electrostatically adhered dust painting, to guarantee a maximum anticorrosion which assures its use under extreme conditions.

Conscientious of the importance of the local and international commerce we counts with a packing that has a protective mesh to preserve the painting of the cylinder so that the product arrives at the client in optimal conditions.
